摘要
介绍了一种基于PCI总线的四轴正交解码器和计数器卡的结构和基本原理。采用Verilog硬件描述语言,在Quartus II平台上实现多种模式的运动控制和定位功能的实现与仿真,提供多路隔离数字量输入输出、宽范围定时器选择以及灵活中断源等,并由上层软件对底层硬件进行配置,实现定制应用。
The performance of agility, reliability and precision receives more and more recognition in the industrial application domain. This paper present the main principle of a four axes quadrature decoder and counter card based on PCI bus. By using Verilog HDL, it realized and emulated movement and position control of several mode. The card provided several isolated channels of digital input and output, multi range time-base selector and flexible interrupt sources ect. The top level software can configure the bottom level hardware to make a custom-built application.
