防治禽流感病毒药物的研究概况
摘要
通过对禽流感病毒的研究,目前已开出来的抗禽流感病毒的药物主要有:神经氨酸酶抑制剂(neuraminidae Inhibitors,Nis)、离子通道抑制剂(ion channel inhivitor)、核苷类药物三氮唑核苷和流感病毒受体阻滞剂四大类,但由于受药物本身不良反应及剂型的影响以及病毒抗原性变异显著等因素,研究和开发安全高效廉价易得的药物已势在必行。
