摘要 面对日趋激烈的医疗市场竞争,医院通过加强人才队伍建设,不断提升医院的核心竞争力,取得了较好的社会和经济效益。主要做法是:通过外部人才引进和内部人才培养,不断优化人力资源结构;通过创造和谐的内部环境、提供必要的硬件支持、提供必要的生活保障、采取有效的激励措施、依托高校品牌优势等,逐渐完善人才管理机制。 With fiercer and fiercer competition in medical market, hospitals have achieved great social and economic benefits by constructing talent team and constantly enhancing the core competitive ability in hospitals. The main measures are:introducing external talents and cultivating internal talents; optimizing the structure of talent resources;providing necessary hardware support and living security by creating harmonious internal environment; taking incentive measures and relying on the advantages of the brands of higher education institutions and perfecting the managerial mechanism of talent resources gradually.
