土壤磷高效旱稻种质筛选的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用海南典型缺磷砖红壤土为基质进行土壤磷高效旱稻种质筛选试验。通过对多个相对耐低磷指数进行多重相关性分析,表明相对分蘖数、相对分蘖干重、相对地上部干重和相对总生物量可作为苗期初步筛选较好的指标,而相对分蘖数、相对有效穗数、相对成穗率、相对结实率和相对单株籽粒产量为全生育期筛选可靠、有效的指标。并得出:BXLD和AX128等供试品种属于土壤磷高效旱稻种质,QX128和RD-2属于土壤磷低效旱稻种质。 An experiment was carried out to screen upland rice germplasm with efficient intake of soil phosphorus (P) on the substrate of the typical P deficient soil in Hainan Island. RSW (relative dry weight of shoot), RTW (relative dry weight of tillers), RTN (relative number of tillers) and RPW (relative plant dry weight including shoot and root) were found to be good parameters for screening at the seedling stage, while RTN, RAPN (relative available panicle number), RPR (relative panicle rate), RGSR (relative grain setting ratio) and RGYPP (relative grain yield per plant) were reliable and effective parameters for screening in the course of the whole life cycle of the germplasm. Multi-correlation analysis of these parameters of the upland rice germplasm showed that BXLD and AX128 were soil P efficient upland rice germplasm,while QX128 and RD-2 were sensitive to soil P deficiency.
