摘要
为了有效控制巴东长江公路大桥6#承台(高6m、长39m、宽24m)的有害温度裂缝,在使用精心配制的低热、抗裂且泵送施工性能好和体积稳定性好的高性能混凝土基础上,采取了在混凝土内布设冷水管,降低其内部最高温度;选定冬季施工,降低混凝土浇筑温度;分两层浇筑及保温、保湿养护等一系列措施。结果表明巴东长江公路大桥6#承台大体积混凝土在施工期内没有产生有害裂缝,这对类似工程有很好的借鉴意义。
The high performance concrete of lower hydration heat, anti-cracking, easy pumping and good volume stability was used in the 6^# pile cap of Badong Yangtze Bridge in order to control the harmful tern-perature crack. Many measures were taken such as laying cooling piles, selecting winter construction, casting with two layers and curing of temperature and humidity preservation. It has been proved that these measures are effective and the results provide with references for other similar construction.
