摘要
近年来,我国物流业发展迅速,物流企业的数量巨大,竞争日益激烈。但是大部分是中小物流企业。论文分析了我国物流企业发展的现状,从总成本低于竞争对手的角度,以边际成本为切入点,探讨中小物流企业和大型物流企业竞争的优劣势,得出降低交易费用和增加自身的资源优势是提高中小企业竞争力的结论,基于分析结果提出提高中小物流企业竞争力的对策建议。
Logistics has a great development in our country recently. Logistics enterprises compete with each other fiercely and most of them are Small and Medium-sized. This paper explains the present situation of logistics enterprises in our country and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages that small and mediunl-sized logistics enterprises t：ompare with big-sized ones according to the point of total cost and marginal cost. Then this paper reaches a conclusion that enhancing own resources power and reducing deal expenses are effective way to enhance the competence ability of small and mediunl-sized logistics enterprises. At last this paper addresses some proposes based on forward analysis.
