摘要
复合射孔中应用的封隔器有保持高能气体压力的作用,一般要考虑其有效的作用能力,确定其有效设置的距离。根据封隔器的承压技术指标,通过压力换算和冲击波衰减规律,理论上计算了在不同套管直径条件下的有效设置距离,给出了压力封隔器的有效范围,并针对102枪型、5"1/2套管和3 500 m液柱的高度,给出了环空初始压力P0与封隔器有效设置距离R的关系和初始压力对设置封隔器距离的影响。为指导封隔器的有效使用提供了理论依据。
High energy gas pressure can be maintained by some packers in the fracture perforating, but some effects of maintaining pressure and effective application range should be analyzed in some projects. By technical parameters of the packer, oil well structure and shock pressure, an expression of the effective distance is derived, and application range also can be determined. According to the type of 102 , 5" 1/2 sleeve and height of 3500m, relationship between initial pressure P0 in the annulus and effective distance R of packer can be given, then effect of initial pressure on packer distance can be obtained.
