摘要
研究了可编程多轴控制器(PMAC)在转台误差补偿中的作用,介绍了PMAC在运动控制中的优点,就转台误差来源进行分析;设计上位机误差补偿模块,并说明如何利用PMAC动态链接库技术实现上位机与下位机的通讯。实践证明,应用PMAC作为下位机使转台控制达到比较高的精度。
The Programmable Multi-axis Controller (PMAC) in error compensation of turntable has been researched. After an introduction of PMAC in motion control, the cause of errors in turntable has been analyzed. The IPC, with an error compensation module, realizes its communication with PMAC using a DLL technology of PMAC. And it has been proved by practice that turntable could get a higher accuracy with PMAC as its motion controller.
