摘要
目的:研究正常肝脏不同分叶PWI成像情况。方法:选择14例正常肝脏行PWI扫描,根据时间-信号曲线获取肝脏各分叶灌注峰值及灌注峰值时间,计算脾灌注峰值前后的最大斜率,动脉期和静脉期灌注参数值。把所得的数据按照不同肝叶分组,进行统计学分析。结果:肝脏左、右叶的血流灌注量差异有显著性意义。结论:肝动脉在肝左叶的血流比例大于肝右叶,门静脉在肝右叶的血流比例大于肝左叶。
Objective:To research the perfusion weighted imaging value of different liver lobe. Methods: 14 cases of healthy adults were scanned by MRI. The side slices of liver that contained left medial lobe,left lateral lobe, right anterior lobe,right posterior lobe simultaneously was scanned with PWI. The hepatic perfusion parameters including arterial phase and portal vein phase, the most slopes around the peak value of spleen perfusion, ealeulated on the basis of time-signal curve. The results were classified according to the different liver lobe. The analysis of variance was applied with SPSS for Windows 12.0 (size of test α=0.05). Results:The blood volume perfusion exists significant difference between left liver lobe and right liver lobe . Conclusion:The proportion of arterial blood in left lobe is bigger than right lobe,the proportion of portal vein blood in right lobe is bigger than left lobe.
