摘要
设计和实现了一种瓦斯抽排模糊控制系统,详细论述了该系统硬件组成、控制算法及软件实现流程。该系统采用西门子S7-200可编程控制器为主控制器,控制算法采用模糊控制,实现了瓦斯抽排过程的自动控制,提高了抽排的效率,降低了危险。
A fuzzy control system of gas pumping-exhaust was designed and implemented. The hardware structure, control arithmetic and software flow of the system were described in details. PLC S7--200 was adpoted as main controller, fuzzy control was adopted as arithmetic, the control system realized automatic control of gas pumping-exhaust, improved efficiency and reduced danger.
