运用体视学方法探讨老年大脑白质萎缩机制的研究进展

摘要年老是人生命发展不可避免的过程，但如何让人类在有限的生命中有质量的生活是现今科学研究关注的热点。而在这一切研究之中首当其冲的便是对于老年大脑的研究，发现其衰老的秘密，并在此基础上找到延缓其衰老的方法。20世纪50年代，Brody发现老年大脑皮质的神经元死亡高达49％.
