Study on inverting control system for parallel operation of distributed generation

摘要 随着目前电力短缺的加剧,分布式电源与区域电网并联运行的趋势越来越明显。在分布式发电装置与电网并联运行的模式下,通过分析逆变型分布式电源“负荷”特性,提出基于功率电流双环控制策略的逆变控制系统。通过合理选取功率控制环、电流控制环、软件锁相环的PI控制器参数,可以使得分布式发电并网逆变装置具有良好的稳态及动态性能。通过在MATLAB上实现的仿真模型证明该控制系统能较好地维持逆变型分布式电源恒功率电压源的拟负荷外特性,控制灵活,反应迅速。 As the lack of power becomes more serious, the trend of parallel operating distributed generation is obvious. Under the grid-connected mode, the DGS was fixed as a "load". According to this idea, dual control loops for out power and current were chosen as the control strategy. By optimizing the design of the PI parameters of the average power control loop,current control loop and soft-PLL loop, the system for parallel operation of distributed generation possessed a great performance of stable and dynamic responses. The MATLAB simulation model of the inverter-based grid-connected DGS was established, which showed that the designed control system could properly maintain the constant power voltage source external characteristics of DG and was flexible.
