摘要
当前我国儿童、少年进行系统速滑训练的人数明显减少,在此形势下尤应重视儿少速滑运动员的选材工作。当今选材意义不仅在于一般性的挑选和发现天才,其重要性已移向对儿童速滑运动员潜能进行评测,确定其优势与弱点,为今后"选育结合"提供依据,以便对其进行个性化、针对性训练。结合少年速滑训练实践,从诸多选材研究成果中筛选出一种选材标准,并对其应用法进行了介绍和说明。
It showed a general trend that the numbers of young skaters have been reducing in the recent years. So, we should pay even more attention to the talents selection work for young skaters on such condition. The aim is not only to choose young skaters with latent capacity, assessed by selection standard, but also to find out the most suitable training way for different young skaters respectively. The auther introduced a Standard of test - index which is valued for parctical use.
