摘要
采用有机锡、粉状 Ca/Zn、无铅稀土和液体钙系(KGF-R)等符合欧盟环保指令要求的环保型稳定剂,以相同用量制造电线电缆用软聚氯乙烯绝缘料。结果表明:不同体系的稳定剂对软聚氯乙烯塑料的物理力学性能影响不大,但对材料的热稳定性和20℃体积电阻率影响不同。
Soft poly（vinyl chloride） （PVC） for cable insulation was mixed with several environmentally friendly stabilizers, organic tin, powder Ca/Zn, lead-free rare earth, and liquid calcium compound （KGF-R）, which were in accordance with ROHS Code, in same weight ratio separately. It showed that these types of stabilizers did not notably affect mechanical properties of PVC, but decreased the heat stability and volume resistance at 20℃.
