摘要
分析了村庄规划中存在的问题,对不同村庄的规划布局、旧村的整治改造、土地的合理利用、道路交通、历史文化与地方特色的保护和村庄规划编制等方面做些探讨,介绍了村庄住宅建设规划的几种方式。
The article analyses the issues existing in village planning, the paper explores on the aspects including the planning and layout of villages, the renovation and reconstruction of old villages,the reasonable utilization of land,the improvement of road transportation,the protection of historical and local culture, discusses village plan establishment, and introduces several ways of village construction of housing.
