摘要
试验结果表明,毛蚶为广盐性滩涂贝类,盐度对其有着显著的影响。其适宜盐度17～37,最适盐度23～33。并且低盐条件较高盐条件有着更高的生长率,但存活率低于高盐环境。
Influences of salinity on growth and survival were studied in juvenile clam（Scapharca subcrenata）.The results showed that the clam tolerated the salinity range between 17～37,and the optimal salinity of 23～33,indicating that it is an euryhaline sea shell fish in the intertidal areas.There were better growth and lower survival rate in lower salinity than those in higher salinity.
