摘要
文章利用了纳米材料的光催化自清洁特性,通过浸—轧工艺将二氧化钛用于织物的自清洁整理。经整理过的布样在光照条件下对有机油污具有明显的自清洁效果。针对光触媒类产品标准缺失的现状,自建了自清洁纺织品测试体系,以利于对自清洁纺织品进行研究与开发。
To make use of self-cleaning property of nanometer material,nano-titanium dioxide was used as self-cleaning finishing agent by dip-padding processes. The organic oil blot on finished fabric had evident self-cleaning effect in light. To fill in the gaps of photocatalysis product's standard, self- cleaning fabric test system is set up to study and develop self-cleaning fabric.
