钛掺杂尖晶石LiMn_2O_4的制备及电化学性能 被引量:9

摘要 为解决锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4的容量衰减的问题,以TiO2为掺杂体采用固相法制备了LiMn2-xTixO4,并与未掺杂的LiMn2O4进行性能比较。X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明:制备的LiMn2-xTixO4(x≤0.1)具有与LiMn2O4同样的尖晶石结构,并且颗粒形貌随钛的引入得到改善。电化学测试结果显示:钛掺杂能使LiMn2O4的循环性能提高,电化学容量衰减得到抑制。其中LiMn1.995Ti0.005O4具有较好的初始比容量和高温循环性能。 In order to solve the problem of capacity fading of LiMnzO4 cathode material, LiMn2-xTixO4 was prepared through solid-state route with TiOz as dopant, and properties of LiMn2-xTixO4 were compared with those of LiMn2-xTixO4 X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analysis indicated that LiMn2-xTixO4 (X≤0. 1), as same as LiMn2-xTixO4, exhibited a cubic spinel structure, particles surface morphologies were improved as the doping of titanium. Electrochemical testing showed that Ti doping enhanced the cycle performance and capacity retention of LiMn2 O4. And LiMn1. 995Ti0.005 O4 was a promising cathode material with high specific capacity and excellent cycle performance at elevated temperature (55℃).
