摘要
采用常规组织切片方法研究了中华鲟(Acipenser sinensis)吻部腹面4条须部味蕾早期发育过程。结果表明,15日龄出现发育完善的味蕾;随其生长,味蕾数目、高度及宽度均不断增加;40日龄后增长幅度变缓;50日龄时须部味蕾数量较多,集中在须部不靠近吻部腹面的一侧,这与其食性和摄食方式有关。
Histological studies were carried out on the taste bud in barbell of rostral of Chinese sturgeon,Acipenser sinensis.It showed that taste bud developed at 15 days after hatch.The number and height and width of taste bud increased with proceeding development.The developing after 40 days after hatch was slow.At 50 days after hatch,taste bud in barbell centralized in one side which is not close to venter of rostral.It is adaptive to its feeding requirement.
