摘要
大量先进机载电子系统的应用使综合自动测试设备(IATE)的出现成为必然。通过使用综合自动测试设备来代替大量专用测试设备,不仅可以降低成本,而且可以有效提高部队综合保障能力。基于目前研制的一种综合自动测试设备,从工程化角度出发详细阐述基于VXI及GPIB总线的综合化自动测试系统开发流程,并且对系统构型、硬件设计、软件设计、系统调试都进行详细的描述与验证。通过实际测试与评估,证明该系统设计方案切实有效。
The Airborne electronic equipments are becoming more and more complex, and the test and maintenance of the electronic equipments on planes are also becoming more integrated and automatic. Using the integrated automatic test equipment (IATE) to replace a great deal of special test equipments, not only can reduce costs, but also can raise troops battle effectiveness. An airborne integrated automatic test equipment (IATE) is recommended in this paper according to automatic test equipments currently developed. Based on the virtual instruments of VXI bus and GPIB bus, the basic system framework is specified, and the hardware platform and software platforms foundation and functions are introduced, and the system test example is given a detailed description and the verification. The evaluation results proved that this method is effective.
