摘要
目的评价应用透明质酸注射治疗面部的皱纹和凹陷的临床效果。方法使用自行研制的非动物源性透明质酸制剂,自2005年11月至2007年6月,对55例患者面部125处的皱纹和凹陷,于不同的皮下层次进行注射治疗,注射剂量为0.1～1.5ml,并观察注射后的临床效果、疗效时间、不良反应等。结果所有的注射部位均于注射后即刻得到改善。注射后随访患者,1、2、3个月分别有98.3%、91.2%、83.3%的注射部位维持了改善的效果;6～12个月有70.5%的注射部位维持了改善的效果;12～18个月有24.6%的注射部位维持了改善的效果,其中1例额部“抬头纹”的患者在18个月时仍未复发。注射治疗中,未出现急慢性过敏反应及感染、肉芽肿、血管栓塞等并发症。结论透明质酸是一种安全有效的、暂时性的面部美容填充剂。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of hyaluronlc acid in the treatment of facial wrinkles and folds. Methods From November 2005 to June 2007, the nonanlmal stabilized self - made hyaluronic add was injected into 125 positions of facial wrinkles and folds from 55 patients. Hyaluronic add with a volume of 0.1-0.5 ml was injected into various layers of cutaneous tissue in each position. The post- treatment the clinical effects, time and adverse reactions were observed. Results The facial wrinkles and folds in all injected position were immediately improvementd. The improvement percentages were 98.3%, 91.2% and 83.3% at monthe 1, 2 and 3 respectively. After follow- up, the effect of the improvement were 70.5 % during 6 ～ 12 rixmths and 24.6 % during 12 ～ 18 months. The longest effect was observed in a case of forehead lines at 18 months after treatment. No severe complications such as allergic reaction, infection, granulomas and embolism were found after injection. Conclusion Nonanimal stabilized hyaluronic acid is an safe and effective temporary dermal filler.
