摘要
税费改革后,乡镇政府债务日趋沉重,制约了乡镇政府职能的正常发挥,成为影响当地经济发展和社会稳定的隐患。文章以长葛市南席镇的债务状况为例,阐述了乡镇政府债务形成的几种主要原因,并对如何化解乡镇政府债务提出了几点建议。
After tax and fee reform in rural areas,the large amount debt of villages and towns is not only hindered our country＇s development, affected theperformingoffunction in villages and towns, but evoked greater economic and political risk. As an illustrative instance, the paper analyses the reasons of Nanxi Town of Changge City,and gives the advises to settle the debt.
