摘要
近些年来,美国电信业正逐渐走出低迷,兴起了新一轮的并购热潮。2006年初开始酝酿的AT&T与BellSouth的并购案使得美国电信业市场格局发生重大变化,这引起了各方对电信业市场发展趋势的讨论,也值得我们对国内电信业发展方向进行探讨。我们不能忽视电信经济的固有特性而片面追求竞争效益,应利用好电信网络的规模效益和范围经济效益等特点,切实将电信企业做大做强。
In recent years, while telecommunication industry of America is stepping out of depression, there rises another kind of merger. Being carried out at the beginning of 2006,the merger between AT＆T and BellSouth will change the market construction of telecommunication industry in America fundamentally. Therefore, many parties are discussing the develop trend of telecommunication industry, and also we should speculate this matter in our country. We can＂ t neglect the inherent characteristics of telecommunication economy, and stimulate the competition blindly. Furthermore, we should take advantage of the economy of scale and economy of scope of the telecommunication network. Then our telecommunication enterprises will be much powerful.
