摘要
通过对拉姆塞定价公式假设前提的修正,将消费者、生产者与投资者的利益统一而不是割裂,使需求函数随产业景气而变动,从而推导出更明确的定价公式。这一定价公式表明电信产业的业务定价具有天然的交叉补贴特性,可以解释当今电信业发展中的若干问题。
By revising the hypothesis on the Ramsey ducers and investors and results in the demand function pricing formula, which unifies the interests of consumers, provarying with the prosperity of the industry, the paper derives a more specific pricing formula. The formula indicates that there is a natural cross subsidization in the services pricing of telecommunication industry, and unpuzzles some dilemmas of telecommunication industry development nowadays.
