摘要
锅炉给水在线检测系统连续测量pH值时受许多因素的影响,pH值随温度的变化呈非线性反应.系统采用计算机对pH值进行自动补偿,并对电极进行清洗,提高了pH值检测的准确性.
An on - line pH monitoring system has been successively applied to a boiler water supply system. It is important that the pH remains stable because heavy online variations of pH are easily disturbed by many factors, including the temperature. The system uses the computer to automatically compensate for the pH value. This system has an electrode washer. By this means the accuracy of measurement of the pH of the instrument and the system is improved.
