摘要
随着科技评价活动的发展,科技评价指标由单一指标逐渐向综合指标过渡,国家电网公司现行的科技评价方式有待改进。根据我国大型企业科技统计及科技评价的需要,建立国家电网公司科技评价指标体系,采用加权和法对综合评价进行分析计算,用2003年统计数据计算了某地区几个省电力公司相对的综合科技实力。
With the development of evaluation activities for science and technology (S&T), the evaluating indicator system for S&T is transiting from the sole indicator to comprehensive indicators, and the current appraising mode of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) is to be improved. To meet the demands of large-scale enterprises in S&T statistics and evaluation, the evaluating indicator system of SGCC was established. Based on the S&T statistic data of 2003, the weighted sum method was used to analyze and calculate the comprehensive evaluating indicators of certain provincial power companies for their S&T strength.
