摘要
在分析高校图书馆电子阅览室建设现状的基础上,以电子阅览室的功能拓展与优质服务为出发点,着重从电子阅览室制度建设、服务机制和开放方式等层面探讨了新时期图书馆如何加强管理,提高资源利用率,优化服务,更好的为读者提供和谐的学习环境和满意的信息服务。
Based on analyzed the development situation of university electronic reading room, the management system, the service mechanism and the open mode should be consummated, so that to strengthen supervise, raise utilized effective of electronic reading room resource, improve information service quality and build harmonious reading environment.
