摘要
应用染色体工程导入黑麦异源基因,创造出一批具有多小穗、多粒、大粒、单株有效穗多、抗病和优质等突出优异性状,且综合农艺性状优良的大穗型超高产小麦新品系。在新品系研制过程中,成功地利用了黑麦异源多小穗基因,克服了多小穗与特晚熟性间的遗传连锁关系,很好地协调了个体与群体生产力,并解决了超高产与优质难以结合的问题。这批新品系将进一步参加各级各类试验和扩大示范鉴定,可望从中培育出抗病优质的大穗型超高产新品种应用于生产。
Some superhigh yielding wheat strains with big ears were created by inducing the alien genes from rye into wheat by using chromosomal engineering asa tool. These strains have multispikelets with more number of grains per ear,higher grain weight, more ears per plant, better disease resistance and qualityas well as other good agronomic characters. The mighty advances were made duringselecting the large ear, superhigh yielding new varieties. First,the alien genescontrolling multi-spikelets from rye were introduced into common wheat; Second,the genetic linkage between the multi-spikelets and very late maturity was partlyovercome. Third,the relation between population and plant or ear on productivitywas harmonized; Fourth, a key problem of combining high yield with good qualitywas solved. Furthermore, these new strains will be identified by the variousexperiments and the enlarging cultivated example.It was believed that some ofthe new commercial wheat varieties with disease resistance, good quality andsuperhigh yield from big ear could be breed successfully.
