摘要
目的 分析急诊就诊患者的发病年龄、疾病类别、就诊时间和就诊规律。探讨我院急诊病谱的构成梯次及特点。方法 选择我院2003-01-01-2006-12-30急诊科就诊资料完整的29637例16岁以上的（含16岁）患者病例以及507例急诊死亡病例，采用回顾性分析方法，排列出前十位急诊疾病的构成与顺位情况，以及急诊死亡病例疾病种类构成与顺位情况。将数据输入计算机中，以EXCEL软件对结果进行计算。并列出图表，摸索出急危重患者的构成梯次与急诊疾病谱规律。结果急诊就诊病例主要集中在青年人及60岁以上老年人群。位居前五位的是：创伤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、中毒、消化系统疾病。中毒患者女性患者多于男性患者。外伤患者主要集中与7-9月份，8月份为高峰。全天急诊就诊高峰时间段因季节而不同。507例急诊死亡病例中，位居前四位的为：循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、创伤、消化系统疾病。结论 本研究揭示了我院急诊就诊疾病谱构成以及常见病种的时间分布特点。为急危重病的预防提供了基本资料。提示在疾病高峰到来之前做好抢救准备，降低病死率和致残率，提高抢救成功率。
Objective To analyse age, disease category, time and regularity of visiting doctors in order to probe composition and characteristics of disease spectrum in emergency department of our hospital. Methods To choose data of 29 637 cases （ ≥16 years old） and 507 dead cases in emergency department of our hospital from 2003 - 1 - 1 to 2006 - 12 - 31. To list composition and sequence both ten emergency diseases in front and the diseases of emergency dead patients by retrospective analysis, and to draw the graph according to the results calculated by EXCEL software. Result Most of the emergency cases were young people and the elderly. Five diseases in front were trauma, circulation system disease, respiratory disease, intoxication, digestive system diseases. Female patients were more than male patients among poisoning patients. Wounded patients mostly centralized in July, August and September, especially August. Peak time of visiting doctors was different between summer and winter. First five diseases among 507 dead cases of emergency call were circulation system disease, respiratory disease, trauma, digestive system disease. Conclusion Composition of emergency disease spectrum and characteristics of time distribution is beneficial to prevention of critical illness. The preparation before peak time of disease arrival can lower mortality and disability rate and improve success rate of emergency treatment.
