摘要
解释了利用高频雷达探测海洋表面流的基本原理，简要介绍了新研制的海态监测分析雷达OSMAR的组成及其工作流程，着重分析了利用OSMAR探测北部湾海流的实验结果．
This paper explains the fundamental principle of monitoring ocean surface currentby HF radar, introduces briefly the composition of the recently developed OSMARand its working process, focuses its analysis on the experiment results of monitoringBeibu Gulf currents using OSMAR.
