导电高分子复合材料逾渗阈值的预测 被引量:16

摘要 逾渗阈值是表征导电高分子复合材料导电性能的重要参数之一,但是由于影响因素异常复杂,逾渗阈值的预测存在不确定性.文中从导电复合材料的微观角度出发,分析了导电高分子复合材料的逾渗行为及机理,并基于Flory的凝胶化理论和Bueche的无限网链模型,提出了一种新的预测导电高分子复合材料逾渗阈值φc的方法,最后将理论预测值与其它研究成果进行了比较分析.结果表明:由此方法计算得到的逾渗阈值更加接近高密度聚乙烯/碳黑导电复合材料的实验结果. Percolation threshold is one of the important parameters describing the conductive properties of conductive polymer composites. However, the prediction of percolation threshold is indeterminate due to the complicacy of the influence factors. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the percolation behavior and the mechanism of conductive polymer composites from the view point of microscopic structure, and proposes a new method to predicate the percolation threshold φc based on the Flory gelation theory and the Bueche infinite network model. A comparison of the predicted results with the results in the literature reveals that the proposed method may lead to a predicated percolation threshold which is even closer to the result from the experiment with conductive high-density polyethylene/carbon black composites.
