摘要
在装备寿命周期管理的每一个决策点上,效能评估都是正确决策的必要前提。分析了后勤装备保障效能评价中存在的许多难以量化的因素,利用专家经验等隐性知识,构建了基于证据理论的后勤装备保障效能评价体系,通过证据合成,消除控制了后勤装备保障效能评价中的不确定性,提高了评价决策的科学性。
The effectiveness evaluation is the necessary precondition for any right decision on every decision point of equipment lifecycle management.In order to quantify many uncertain factors in reviewing of logistics equipment support effectiveness and make use of implicit knowledge of experts, logistics equipment support effectiveness review system based on evidence theory was set up.Through evidence combination,the uncertainty in the support effectiveness review process of logistics equipment is get rid of or controlled,the scientificness of support effectiveness review decision is improved.
