摘要
研究基于虚拟样机技术在不同风力下过山车的动态性能。提出了风力的设置方式,将风速变量引入风力模型。分别在两种不同的自然风风速条件下对过山车进行了动力学仿真。分析了速度、车厢之间连接力及轨道对车轮的约束力的变化情况。通过实验研究,获得了过山车安全的横风风速范围。
The dynamic performance of roller coaster under different wind force was studied based on technology of virtual prototype. The setting up mode of wind force was advanced and let the wind velocity variable be introduced into the wind force model. The dynamics simulations were carried out respectively on the roller coaster under the condition of two kinds of different wind velocity of natural winds. Circumstances of variation were analyzed on the velocity, joining force between carriages and the constraint force of rail on carriage wheels. Through experimental test the safe wind velocity range of crosswind of roller coaster was obtained.
