摘要
本文在前人工作的基础上,通过现场反复调研论证,研究和总结了关于煤矿本质安全文化的基本概念,尝试给出了煤矿企业本质安全文化的定义;明确了煤矿企业本质安全文化的建设目标和建设内容;构建了煤矿企业本质安全文化的建设模式。
Based on the works of predecessors and through repeated research and proof of fieldwork, this article studies and summarizes the basic concepts concerning essential security culture of coal mine, with the attempt to define the essential security culture of coal mine enterprise, to clarify its construction goal and construction content, to create its construction pattern,
