电流控制型矩阵变换器抑制共模电压控制策略 被引量:16

A Modulation Strategy to Reduce Common-mode Voltage for Current-controlled Matrix Converters

摘要 目前对于传统的交–直–交变频器,已经提出了很多抑制共模电压的方法,而对于矩阵变换器这种新型的变频器,抑制共模电压的研究则进行的较少。在滞环电流和空间矢量复合控制的基础上,针对电流控制型矩阵变换器自身的特点,提出了一种抑制共模电压控制策略。通过细分输入6区间,合理选择零矢量和适当调整开关顺序,使电流控制型矩阵变换器共模电压的峰值下降了33.3%,有效值降低了50%以上,高频频谱也得到了抑制。仿真和实验结果证明了该控制方法的可行性和正确性。 Though many strategies for reducing common-mode voltage in conventional AC-DC-AC converters have been presented, research on strategies for reducing common-mode voltage in matrix converters (MC) is not mature According to the characteristic of matrix converters(MC), strategies for reducing common-mode voltage in current-controlled MC are proposed based on the hysteresis current control and space vector modulation. Peak value of common-mode voltage is reduced by 33.3% and RMS value is reduced by more than 50% by subdividing 6 input sections, choosing zero vectors accurately and adjusting switch sequences. Simulation and experimental results show the theoretical analysis is valid and feasible.
