摘要
建立与人类生理特征较近的动物模型,是开展人类营养和生物医学等各种研究的基础。猪作为实验动物在解剖及生理结构等特点与人类极为相似,具有众多的优势,因而受到越来越多的关注,已应用于营养、生理、病理等多种研究领域。本文介绍了猪作为实验动物模型的生理学特性、国内外研究进展及其趋势,以促进其在营养代谢和医药等方面的进一步研究应用。
It is the first condition of hunan nutrition and biomedicine researches to establish proper animal models close to human physiological characteristics,A pig,as an experimental animal with unique advantage,is similar to human beings in anatomy and physiological structure,which has been paid more attention to and widely used for the fields of nutrition, physiology, pathology, etc, This paper briefly introduced the physiological characteristics of pigs, as an experimental animal, as well as the trend and progression at home and abroard so as to promote its application of human nutritional metabolism and medical researches.
