摘要
应用模糊数学理论,建立了发动机异响模糊诊断数学模型,借助传感器、信号调理器和数据采集卡等基本测试硬件及NI LabVIEW编程软件,开发了发动机振动测试系统,给出了发动机振动测试方案。在此基础上,详细阐述了发动机异响模糊关系矩阵及故障待检模式向量的获取方法,并对JL465Q1型发动机常见的机械异响进行了测试与分析,应用模糊诊断数学模型进行诊断的结果表明,建立的发动机异响模糊诊断方法是可行的。
Applied the fuzzy mathematics theories, the fuzzy diagnosis mathematics model for engine abnormal sound was established and depending on the basic test hardware of the sensors, signal condition manager. The data sarnple card and the programme software of NI LabVIEW, the engine vibration test system and presented the engine vibration test project are developed. Base on that what was mentioned before, expounded the method of obtaining the fuzzy relation matrix and pending mode vector for the engine abnormal sound, tested and analyzed engine familiar abnormal sound of JL465Q1. The diagnosis result using fuzzy diagnosis mathematics model proved that the established method of fuzzy diagnosis for engine abnormal sound was feasible.
