摘要
DH0815是以黄籽双低隐性核不育材料850A与双低恢复系F15配制的双低杂交组合。在江西两年区试中含油量43.64%,种子芥酸含量0.13%,硫甙含量15.5μmol/g.饼,产量比中油杂2号增产4.69%,产油量比中油杂增产14.1%。
DH0815 is a hybrid rape combination with yellow seed, low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content bred from the cross between 850A（a recessive GMS line with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content） × F15 （a restorer line with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content）. The results showed that the oil, erucic and glucosinolate contents were 43.64%, 0.13% and 15.5μmol/g（rape cake） ,and the seed yield and oil yield were 4.69% and 14.1% higher than CK（Youza 2） respectively during the two years＇ regional test in Jiangxi Province.
