摘要
本文介绍“基于荧光多元猝灭响应原理的光纤化学过程传感仪器系统(FOCAMQ-PC)”的结构、工作原理、计算机接口和软件、及其在医药领域的应用.首次提出“多元猝灭响应原理”和“表观猝灭常数”等概念.应用于在线监测固体制剂的体外溶出度、清醒动物尿药和脑脊液药物浓度以及工业废水中Cr(VI)的监测.显示这一新技术具有响应瞬时、可逆、稳定、长寿命、数据自动采集、统计、优化、图像显示和报告打印等过程分析的基本功能.是一种通用型在线自动过程分析仪器,具有广泛的应用前景.
The fiber optic chemical sensor based on fluorescence multiple quenching process of analysis and computer system (FOCSMQ-PC) is reported. For different test samples and purposes there are three types of structure which are general, three-way and combined respectively. A analogue signal amplified and converted to a analogue-digital converter (ADC). Data acquisition and processing was performed by self written software running under Windows on a personal computer. The responsive mechanism is included the dynamic quenching (DQ), inner-filter effects (IFE), and/or resonance energy transfer(Forester transfer effects, FTE). We advanced a new concept of apparent quenching coefficient 'Kq'. This kind of sensor has been used to continuous and in situ monitoring the dissolution rate of some solid drug preparations, on line and in situ monitoring some organic therapeutic drugs in biological fluid and Cr(VI)in industrial waste water. The test results shows the system of FOCSMQ-PC are rapid, reversible and stable.
