摘要
近代荣氏企业在其发展过程中实施了鲜明的横向与纵向一体化战略。围绕核心竞争力而实施的棉粉联营模式和采取的无限公司组织形式推动了荣氏企业一体化战略的展开。一体化战略尽管给荣氏企业带来一些弊端,但在节省战略成本、增强竞争实力、缓解供需矛盾、影响市场价格方面的绩效是显而易见的,并最终促使了荣氏企业集团的形成。荣氏企业是苏南民营工业企业一体化战略的典型代表,也为近代中国民营工业发展之路作了有益的探索。
Modern Rong's Enterprises implemented the strategy of obviously horizontal and vertical integration during the course of their development. Cotton - flour pool, infinite corporation, and the strategies intention of encircling the core competitive capability promoted the growth of the Rong's integration strategies. While they brought several disadvantages, the advantages were clearly demonstrated in saving strategic cost, strengthening the core competitive capability, mitigating the conflicts between supply and demand, and affecting the market prices, as a result of which Rong's enterprise association was established. Rong's enterprises were the representative integration of private - owned industry in Southern Jiangsu, and did a profitable exploration of the development of modern Chinese private - owned industry.
