摘要
探讨压力棒隔距块的纺纱效果及工艺的合理配置问题。对压力棒隔距块的结构、前区压力棒的作用原理进行了分析和介绍,在C 18.2 tex纱品种上对使用压力棒隔距块后细纱工艺的调整和配置进行了纺纱试验。结果表明:细纱前区加装压力棒后,加强了对前区纤维的控制,有利于成纱质量的改善;同时牵伸力加强,生产中要注意工艺参数的调整,适当加大罗拉隔距,中铁辊后移,选用压力棒隔距块时要比普通隔距块偏大0.2mm^0.5 mm,防止细纱牵伸不开,保证纺纱质量的提高。
Spinning effect of press bar spacer and reasonable configuration of processing were discussed, structure of press bar spacer and principle of front zone press bar were analyzed. Spinning test of adjusting and configuring spinning processing, adding press bar spacer, was done to C 18.2 tex. The result shows that adding press bar in spinning front zone can strengthen control of front fibers, it is favorable to improve yarn quality. With the increase of draft force, processing parameters should be adjusted, roller gauge should be enlarged, medium iron roller should be moved to back, and press bar spacer should be bigger( about 0.2 mm - 0.5 mm than that of normal spacer) to get enough draft and guarantee yarn quality.
