摘要
在大学德育中,通常认为专职思政人员是实施大学德育的主导力量。本文认为,教师才是实施大学德育的主力军。但在现实的教育实践中,不少大学教师的育人意识淡薄,没有很好地发挥教师的育人职能,这是教师专业化程度不高的表现。大学德育实效不佳的问题必须从教师专业化的视野来考察。教师职业伦理作为教师职业能力的重要组成之一长期被忽视,这才是导致大学德育实效不佳的根本原因。因此,教师专业化是增强大学德育实效的关键。
Many people regard the full time ideological educators as the main force of moral education personnel in universities. In the author's view, instead of the full time ideological educators, the professional teachers are the main force for moral education practice. But in the educational practice of universities, many teachers have few consciousness on moral education and do not exert adequately their power in moral education. This indicates, we think, that the degree of the teacher's professionalization is not adequate. Therefore, the problem of unsatisfactory moral education should be considered from the view of teacher' s professionalization. Professional ethic for teachers, the important component of the professional capabilities for teachers, was overlooked for long time. This led to the poor effect of moral education in universities. Therefore, teacher's professionalization is the key factor in improving the effect of moral education.
