摘要
电子政务是伴随着互联网的发展和应用而产生的新概念,它是信息技术发展到一定时期的产物。发展以政府为主导的电子政务,将给政府管理方式带来深刻变革,同时也能大幅度地降低政府的运行成本,形成行为规范、运转协调、公正透明、廉洁高效的行政管理体制。为了更好地适应时代发展的要求,迫切要求其在服务质量、服务对象、立法体系、安全等一系列问题上进行改进,以推动社会全面进步。
E - government is the new concept which comes up with the development and application of intemet,it is the product of the developing information technology. Developing the government leading e - government will bring great changes to government management. Meanwhile it can also reduce the cost of operation substantially and form to a standard, coordinated, fair and efficient administrative system. In order to adapt to the developing society and make progress to the all around society, the quality of services, clients, the legislative system and the Security should be improved.
