摘要
本文分析了网络环境下影响书库管理与读者借阅服务和谐的几个因素,提出了构建网络环境下的书库管理与读者借阅服务的和谐平台的方法与技巧。
In this article, a few factors which influence stack management and service for reader＇s borrowing and reading are analyzed under the network circumstance. Some means and techniques of stack management and service for reader＇s borrowing and reading are put forward with an attempt.
