摘要
从监理的视角出发,对施工索赔与反索赔的含义、条件、分类及其产生原因进行了探讨,并对索赔程序进行了介绍,同时论述了监理对其管理的原则和方法,以保证建设工程的顺利进行。
From the viewpoints of supervisor the definitions, conditions, classification and causes of construction claims and counter claims are discussed. Procedure of claim is introduced, in addition corresponding management method and principle of supervisor are discussed in order to ensure smooth running of building project.
