摘要 近年提出的肿瘤干细胞(TSC)学说认为肿瘤组织中存在极少量具有干细胞性质的癌细胞亚群,具有多向分化潜能和无限增殖及自我更新能力,是肿瘤发生、发展、侵袭、转移、复发及耐药的决定性因素。目前已在部分肿瘤分离鉴定出TSC的存在。TSC学说的提出将为最终根治肿瘤提供新靶点。 The recent tumor stem cells theory shows that only a small subset of cells with the property of stem cells within tumor tissues has the capacity to proliferate infinitely, self-renew and differentiate into different types of tumor cells, so tumor stem cells play a decisive role in the tumorigenesis, advancement, invasion, metastasis, relapse and drug'resistance. Now tumor stem cells have been isolated and identified in some kinds of tumors. The more understanding of the origination, isolation, and identification of tumor stem cells can help to develop new targets for the radical treatment of tumors.
