摘要
在中国早期的物业管理中,物业管理业主委员会的主体资格问题带有浓重的行政管理的色彩,《物业管理条例》的颁布实施,使人们对业主委员会主体资格问题有了更深入的认识。从《物权法》的视角来看,业主的物业管理业是私权,应该实现业主的民主自治管理。
In early property management in China. the issue of membership of the owners' committee in property management had much to do with administrative management, The enforcement of The Regulations on Property Management has given people a better understanding of the membership of the owners' committee. According to the Law of Property Right, owners' property management right is a private right, and democratic and autonomous management by owners themselves should be achieved.
