摘要
车床尾座故障是影响零件加工质量的重要因素之一,探讨分析其对零件加工质量影响对机床维护、精密加工等具有重要意义。在分析车床尾座内锥面磨损、位置偏移等主要故障基础上,探讨了其对零件加工质量的影响关系。
The fault of lathe tailstock effects the process quality of parts-one most important factand it is significant for maintain of machine and precision process to analyse them. Based on analysis the main faults such as conicalness wear and position deviation, the article study the relationship between the faults and the process quality.
