摘要 细菌纤维素是由木醋杆菌生产的一类纤维素,具有许多独特的性能,如机械强度高、吸水能力好、结晶度高、具有超细高纯的纤维素网状结构等,是一种具有广泛商业用途的新型生物材料,目前已在食品、医药、化工、造纸、高级音响设备和纺织等领域得到应用,更多的应用领域正在研究开发中。 Bacterial cellulose produced by acetobacter xylinum displayed unique properties including high mechanical strength, high water holding capacity, high crystallinity and an ultra-fine highly pure fibre network structure. It was expected to be a new commodity biomaterial with diverse applications. Now it found application in the fields of food, medicine, paper making, textile and so on. A wide range of specialty applications were under exploration.
