摘要
目的探讨二期翻修方法治疗人工髋关节置换术后感染的效果。方法对4例人工髋关节置换术后感染病例，采用二期翻修方法治疗：一期手术取出假体、清创，采用抗菌药物骨水泥临时占位，术后关节置管持续冲洗，加强抗感染治疗；二期手术取出占位物，再次清创、翻修关节。结果术后随访6～33个月，无一例感染复发；复查C反应蛋白、血沉，皆恢复正常；关节功能恢复满意。结论采用抗菌药物骨水泥临时占位，感染控制后行二期翻修治疗人工关节置换术后感染效果良好。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of two-stage revision of the hip joint for the treatment of postoperative infection after hip arthroplasty. Methods Four cases of infections after hip arthroplasty were studied, the treatment was divided into two stages： in the first stage, prosthesis removal and debridement was carried out, antimicrobial agents-loaded cement spacer was used, and joint was irrigated repeatedly after operation; in the second stage, the spacer was removed, debridement and revision of joint was performed again. Results Patients were followed up 6-33 months after operation, no infection case was recurred, C-reaction protein and blood sedimentation were normal, joint function was good. Conclusion Antimicrobial agents-loaded cement spacer for the control of postoperative infection after hip arthroplasty can achieve good result.
